Michael Feser, PhD
  • As member of executive management team, navigated 3-D x-ray imaging startup Xradia Inc. from 2003-2013 to become a $45M annual revenue company with 110 employees. Xradia sold to Carl Zeiss Inc. in 2013 for >$100M.
  • As CEO raised $21M in equity funding from industrial strategic investor in 2018 for Lyncean Technologies Inc. in Series B round. Negotiated and closed EUR 49M system contract for Lyncean Technologies Inc. in 2019.
  • Led the technology development of the world leading Xradia microscopes (now Zeiss Xradia 620 Versa) – author of key patents for company success. ​
  • Led the selection and business relationship with critical source and detector vendors.

Joseph Reilly

  • Over 43 years’ experience in the petroleum sector in global exploration, development, and production projects.
  • Recently retired as Chief Research Geoscientist for ExxonMobil.
  • Has held both technical and management positions in research, at affiliates and in the field.
  • Prolific technical author in many areas of geophysics. 
  • Started career working under contracts funded by the US Dept of Energy and Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
  • Master of Science (Geoscience) from Virginia Tech. 
  • Currently 1st Vice President of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists and is a principle in a collaborative project with the Virginia Dept of Energy funded by the US Geological Survey.

Ken Tubman, PhD
 
  • Over 35 years in the energy industry.

  • Currently serves as chairman of the board of directors of SAExploration, a leading seismic acquisition company.

  • Held senior positions within ConocoPhillips (including vice president geoscience and reservoir engineering, vice president subsurface), Veritas DGC (senior vice president Veritas Hampson Russell, vice president geoservices), and Marathon Oil (vice president technical innovation.)

  • Most of his career involvement in technology delivery and development.

  • Active in the community and has served on the Board of the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) in multiple capacities, including SEG President 2022-2023.

  • PhD in Geophysics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
